Team Members

An integral part in the development of the Mental Health Court model and of

the Court’s operation  is the Mental Health Court Team. While there have been

some personnel changes over the three year span of the pilot project, overall

consistency of team members and continuity of approach have been maintained

throughout the process. 

The team members have been committed, dedicated and passionate in their

efforts to develop the model and to help those who have entered the Court.

Others who have served on the Team include Crown prosecutors Lucie 

Mathurin-Ring, Steven Hinkley and the late Philip Holland, Probation officers

Kathie Rodger, Sean Haggerty and Marilyn Estey, Dr. Pamela Forsythe, Jane Nason, and

Mental Health Nurse Dorothy Hughes.
