Welcome Letter: from the Honorable Chief Judge of the Provincial Court Annual Report: The Annual Report for 2008 entitled "MAKING A DIFFERENCE!" has been released. It contains a statistical analysis of the past eight years of the Court's operation, showing continuing high rates of retention and completion and a low rate of recidivism. Evaluation: The Mental Health Court is in hopes of having another independent evaluation of its program Team Members: In November 2006, Mrs. Jane Nason, Psychologist, retired from her employment and the team.
